I can't sign in.
Confirm you are using your Escochex Payroll email and password. If your access is inactive or your company workspace is unavailable, contact your HR Admin to confirm your Escochex account and role.
My one-time code expired.
Request a new code and enter the latest 6-digit code. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily lock verification.
I forgot my password.
Password reset is managed in Escochex Payroll. EscoHR does not change your password inside the mobile app.
Location is turned off.
You can continue using EscoHR, but an attendance event without verified location may require an exception and HR review. Location is designed to be requested at attendance events, not continuously.
My time record is wrong.
Open your attendance history and use the correction workflow. A correction request preserves the original recorded event and adds the proposed change, reason, and supporting information.
I have a question for HR.
Use an employee case when the issue needs a private HR workflow. Cases are separate from ordinary work tasks and are routed to an authorized HR recipient.
