Where to start
The correct request path depends on who controls the information.
Workforce and employment records
Attendance, schedules, leave, assigned work, employee cases, employment profile information, and related employer records are typically administered by the employer using EscoHR/Escochex services.
Product and privacy assistance
Use Escochex customer care for EscoHR product privacy questions, security concerns, or help routing a privacy request.
Requests about employment or workforce records
Contact your employer's HR administrator when you want to access, correct, or ask about employer-controlled workforce information. This is often the fastest route because the employer determines your role, company access, policies, approvals, and many record-retention requirements.
Account access and account deletion
EscoHR does not create a separate consumer account. Access comes from an existing Escochex Payroll account and the company/role assigned to you.
If you want access removed, ask your HR administrator or Escochex support to review the appropriate deactivation or account-management action. Removing mobile access does not necessarily mean that all employment, attendance, payroll-connected, case, or audit records can be deleted. Some records may remain under the employer's instructions or applicable retention requirements.
Submit a product privacy request
Email customercare@escochex.com with the subject “EscoHR Privacy Request.”
Include only the information needed to route the request:
- Your name.
- Your work email or other identifier used for your EscoHR access.
- Your employer/company workspace.
- The type of request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or another privacy concern.
- A short description of the records or issue involved.
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
What happens next
We may need to verify the request, identify the relevant employer/customer account, and determine whether Escochecks Inc. or your employer is responsible for acting on the specific information. If the information is employer-controlled, the request may be directed to the employer or authorized account owner.
Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity verification, security requirements, and lawful retention obligations.
